This part of the Costa Del Sol is nicknamed the Costa Del Golf, a title earned through having a higher concentration of greens and fairways than anywhere else in Europe. In the 160km stretch from Manilva to Nerja, there are more than 50 courses, so that'll keep you busy during a golfing break!

We use a local company called "Golf Services" to book our tee times and obtain discounted deals.  They are really helpful, and can offer advice on the best courses to book, and club hire if required.   Here's their link:-

OUR CLOSEST 18 HOLE - Los Flamingos

It's only 2.5 km to our closest 18 hole course, the Antonio Garcia Garrido designed Los Flamingos.  In a beautiful location with sea views this course hosted the 2002, 2003 and 2004 European Seniors Championships and the 2010 Spanish Women's Open

ONLY GOT TIME FOR 9 HOLES -  La Resina Golf Club

A stunning 9 hole course only 5.5 km from Costalita, so you can be back at the apartment within 2 hours (ideal for nipping out without being noticed, almost!). This course is a good chalenge for anyone's short game and is considered one of the best 9 hole courses in Spain. Plush clubhouse too.

PITCH AND PUTT WITH THE FAMILY - Club de Golf el Coto de la Serena

A beautiful short 9 hole, par 3 course just 3.5 km from Costalita.  This is ideal for all the family as it's usually quiet and there's no strict dress code.  Occupying a park like setting with sea views it makes for a great trip out.
